During the current situation we will do our upmost to continue to provide support to businesses through remote support and our IT solutions.
If you require support please contact us in the normal manner by emailing email@example.com, calling 01452 491080 or using our support portal.
If you have an issue which can not be resolved remotely and requires a site visit we will discuss the specifics with you on how we can safely complete the works.
For hardware such as laptops we are reducing our on site setups in person and operating more with workbench setup and courier delivery to your address where any final setup will be completed remotely.
For new & protentional customers we are afraid we are not currently offering our on site IT assessments or health checks until further notice but we would be happy to discuss how we can help you other the phone or a video call along with a limited remote assessment & health check.
