We know that IT is not everyone's strong point, and it can be challenging to know which laptops to choose and what security plans you'll need, so we have created our start-up package—a managed service that gives you everything you need in one simple monthly plan. We call it our Individual Professional Plan, or "IPP" for short.

From £38.70 per team member, per month for up to 4 people, you'll receive managed IT that partners with your business as you grow.
Our team is here to provide fast and effective email, phone, and remote desktop support. We'll address all your queries, including those niggling little questions you want to ask.
We will monitor all of your critical systems remotely, ensuring they run smoothly, and we'll act when something needs fixing.
Every business needs endpoint security to keep devices and applications safe. We'll provide you with antivirus and malware protection and monitor it for your peace of mind.
We keep your Microsoft Windows 365 and selected applications updated with remote update deployment, meaning less hassle for you.

We'll have a brief phone call to assess compatibility and discuss your business aspirations.
2. Discovery
We'll review your technology to grasp your requirements and assist in accomplishing your business objectives.
3. Relax
While we manage your IT needs, you can concentrate on what you do best: delivering outstanding work for your clients.
Westway IT delivers managed IT solutions to businesses in Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Bristol, South Glos, Wilts, Worcs, and Herefordshire.
A: Our fully managed IT support service handles all IT-related tasks and responsibilities for your business, including maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
A: On our call, all we need from you is an idea of what you think you need, the size of your team, and how extensive your IT estate is (and it’s ok if you are starting from scratch!). We will explain everything as we go to help you make your decision. If you have business goals and an idea of a budget these help.
A: Don't worry, our right fit call isn't about technical information, so there's nothing to prepare. Instead, I want to establish what you need, your team size and roughly how big your IT estate is.
A: We onboard our clients quickly, and because the discovery phase is detailed, we'll have a complete timeline to help you build your startup while we work.
A: Not in your plan. You pay for the price and services stated during our year-long contract.
You can choose to add other services, such as site work (billed hourly), professional service projects (as quoted), or VoIP (separate contract).
A: Yes. Our recommendation is always 365 Business Premium because of what is included; however, we can provide other licences if needed.
A: Two.
A: Yes. This service is not included in our IPP offer, so please ask for it during our call.
A: Our IPP does not cover sites or networks. It is designed to cover a person and their computer in a simple environment. If you need increased coverage, please let us know during our call, and we can discuss other plans.
A: Servers are billed separately under the IPP plan. Let us know what you need on our call, and we can make that happen.
A: We invoice monthly for the month ahead and ask for payment by Direct Debit within 14 days. We don't extend payment terms.
A: Our standard agreement is set annually with monthly flexibility within that commitment. What does that mean? Your team member count can fluctuate monthly, but the overall plan you select remains in place for the year.
A: We run our Westway IT plans in annual commitments, but if you really aren't happy with us, then we prefer 3 months' notice to offer a nice transition to a new partner. We like to make sure that you have everything you need.
A: Yes! At Westway IT, we like to support where we can, which means offering a concession on your support plan through our partners and software and hardware discounts.
