Take your meetings online with Microsoft Teams

Not every meeting has to be done face to face or in a board room, with Microsoft Teams you can take your meetings online wherever you are saving time and travel expenses.

With Teams you can video conference with your colleagues, clients or prospects where you can talk, share documents, what is on your screen and collaborate on files in real time. If you want to share information with a lot of people you can host a webinar with up to 250 on video conferencing or 10,000 for online events. Best of all the people you meet with don't already have to have Microsoft Teams as they can join as a guest via the web app.

Setting up a Microsoft Teams meeting is easy, you can create an event in your Outlook calendar or the Teams app or you can click Meet Now and invite people to join you on demand. You can use teams on multiple devices including laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones using the Microsoft Teams app or web version giving you flexibility on where and how you meet. Microsoft Teams is also available as a meeting room solution linking your meeting to remote workers or external parties.

Microsoft Teams is part of Office 365 and integrates closely giving you your calendar, OneNote notebooks and other information all within one window.
