Services Explained

Remote Support – Support via email, phone and remote desktop connection sessions. Covers user assistance, queries and issues.
On Site Support – When we can’t resolve your issue or request remotely we’ll book in a site visit.
Out of Scope Works & Projects – Some times a request falls outside the realms of our standard support such as implementing a new system or a large scale upgrade, we class these are out of scope works and projects.
Monitoring – Continuous monitoring of key system metrics including antivirus, backups, resource usage and important services, these all feed into our central monitoring consoles where they are watched and tickets created when needed.
Endpoint Protection – We include ESET’s leading Endpoint Antivirus with our plans to provide antivirus and antimalware protection to your endpoints.
Password Manager — As a key recommendation for good password hygiene we include our password manager for all covered users allowing for the secure storage and where needed sharing of passwords.
System Administration – Changes to users, password resets and other administration tasks.
Proactive Maintenance – Regular remote maintenance tasks to help keep your systems running smoothly and reduce downtime.
Temp Hardware Loan – When there is a problem and your computer is out of action we can offer a temporary hardware loan while yours is repaired or replaced.
