Meet the Team | Welcoming Rosie to Westway IT

We're growing our business and would like to introduce you to our newest team member Rosie, who will be working across the business to support our operations and clients.

Hi, I’m Rosie. I joined Westway IT in January 2026 after deciding it was time for a fresh career direction following my previous experience in the retail sector. Moving into the world of IT has been an exciting change, and my role now focuses on supporting the behind‑the‑scenes operations that help the business run smoothly every day. I’m involved in a variety of areas including customer relations, marketing, and sales, and I enjoy being part of a team where I can learn new skills and contribute to different aspects of the company.

Outside of work, family time is incredibly important to me. We love going on little adventures together, from visiting zoos and Sea Life centres to exploring anywhere that keeps the kids entertained, especially if there’s a soft‑play area involved. When I’m not out with the family, you’ll often find me embracing my creative side. I love making things, whether that’s knitting, crocheting, or getting absorbed in games where I can design and build my own villages. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and it’s something I enjoy whenever I get the chance.

John is the founder of Westway IT and works directly with small businesses across Gloucestershire to keep their IT secure, productive and stress-free.

With a BSc in Computer Science and hands-on experience supporting businesses from 1 to 40 users, he specialises in cyber security, Microsoft 365 and business automation.

An award-winning MSP owner and active member of the global IT community (including GTIA), John focuses on solving real business problems, not just technical ones.
